Groups and workshops

The barn on a Tuesday is a different place

Weekends hold for weddings first. Monday to Thursday the farm belongs to reunions, retreats, workshops and shoots — same barn, same creek, quieter calendar.

Barn, weekday hire$900

From $900 for the barn with tables and chairs, Monday to Thursday.

To hold a date$300

Deposit to hold a group date; overnight groups quoted on cabins plus space.

Sleeping over36 beds

The bunkhouse suits a workshop crowd; the tent meadow takes the rest.

No minimum midweek. Weekends stay held for weddings until 90 days out — inside that window, a weekend group is a conversation worth having.

Who books this

What we host between the weddings

Reunions

The barn for the meal, the fire rings after, and beds enough that nobody organises a convoy back to town.

Corporate days

A room with no ceiling tiles does something to a planning day. Wifi is solid in the barn; the meadow has none, on purpose.

Workshops and retreats

Monday-to-Thursday runs with the bunkhouse are the natural shape — teach in the barn, sleep twelve, eat outside.

Photo and film shoots

A 1911 barn, a creek, a ridge line and no power lines in the frame. Day rates as space hire.

Worth saying plainly

No hookups, no rally loop

This is a venue with beds, not a campground with a barn — there are no RV hookups here. Groups take the cabins, the farmhouse and the bunkhouse, and the tent meadow when the beds run out.

Booking

How a group books

Email [email protected] with dates and a head count. Corporate and workshop bookings run Monday to Thursday, and most book two to four months out. The $300 deposit holds the date; the quote covers the space and whichever beds you want with it.
