The Meadow Sessions
No noise ordinance. No neighbors. No hurry.
The township is unzoned and the nearest bedroom window is a mile and a half up the ridge. Our own 10:30 pm cut-off is the only clock, and the sunset does half the light show.

Four nights on the meadow
Gates at 5:30, music at the time below, and the call on weather is made by 3:00 pm — a rained-out show moves into the barn at 180 standing.

Coming to a show
Tickets, and whether you can stay
Tickets
Sold online, with a cash list held at the gate. Nobody who isn’t staying wanders in — the lane ends here, which makes the gate honest.
Staying over
A ticket doesn’t include camping. A tent-meadow pass is a $20 add-on and cabin nights book normally — about a third of a Sessions crowd stays. Beds and tents.
The practical bits
350 standing on the meadow. Two staff on the gate and lane, owners on site, and the county sheriff gets our dates each spring as a courtesy.

Portable covered stage, ours, 30 in deck, set with the ridge as the backdrop.

Dedicated feed at the stage, plus clean shore power for the board.

Mains sized to the meadow, four monitor mixes. Bigger acts bring front-of-house and tie in.
Engineer
Provided
The same engineer mixes every Sessions night. Bring your own if you prefer.
Load-in
40 yards, flat
Drive to the stage edge on the farm lane. No steps, no ramp, no freight elevator stories.
Green room
The summer kitchen
Private restroom, mirror, kettle, a couch, and a door that closes.

Guarantee + split
A modest guarantee plus a door split after costs, agreed in writing before the date is announced.

Acts carry their own liability; ours covers the audience and the ground. County permit above 250 is our job, filed each spring.
