No “enquire for pricing” games. The quote is the price, the taxes are named, and there is no resort fee — couples who appreciate being told are the couples we want.
The venue
Hiring the farm
Every rate includes the tables, chairs, string lighting, band power, guest restrooms, and setup and teardown — what comes with the farm.

Holding a date
Deposits and cancellation, plainly
Signs the contract

Holds the date; the balance is due 60 days out. A group date holds for $300.
Refundable

Damage and cleaning deposit, returned within a week of the event.
Cancelling
180 days
The date-hold deposit refunds in full to 180 days out. Inside that we keep it — but if we rebook your date, we refund everything except $250.
Sleeping
Lodging and the tent meadow
Lodging books with events first, and opens to other stays inside 90 days. Two-night minimums apply on event weekends. What is in each one.

The small print, out loud
Fees and taxes
Pets are $25 per stay in the pet-friendly cabins and the bunkhouse. Cabin nights cancel free to 30 days out; inside that the first night is kept. 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax and county room tax on lodging are added at checkout.
There is no resort fee, no service charge, and no fee with a name we made up. The quote is the price.
